RETURNS POLICY


 

If you wish to return an item you must contact Rit Designs Leeds as soon as possible, and no later than 28 days.

 

You must give a valid reason for your return, the cost of the return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty.

 

If returning items, package them carefully so they cannot be damaged in transit, (as any damaged items will not be refunded),  We recommend you use a signed for delivery service with proof of postage.

 

Unfortunately some items are non-returnable, these are:

 

  • Anything that has been custom-made
  • Anything personalised


As these items are not re-saleable.

 

To avoid disappointment, please check whether your item is cancellable or non-cancellable prior to ordering.

 

Please do not destroy or throw away any product you are requiring a refund on, even if the product is faulty, all items must be returned in order to receive a refund or a replacement.
